For buyers who contact us directly without an agent, The Tennant Team provides dedicated showing agents to present the property. Licensed MLS buyer agents schedule and access the home via electronic lockbox and ShowingTime with seller approval.

The Concierge Plan is designed for luxury, complex, occupied, or hands-off properties where strategic preparation and vendor management will materially enhance market outcome. We review each property during our initial consultation to verify eligibility.

If a Tennant Team agent also handles the buyer, an additional 0.5% applies.
